When you submit an itinerary for review, we store the text you pasted, the structured trip we extract from it (dates, places, activities), and the review we generate. If you give us an email address, we store that too. We store a one-way hash of your IP address — never the raw address — to prevent abuse of the free service. We also note how you reached the form: the site that linked you here (the address only, without any query string), the first page you landed on, any campaign tags in that link, and which “Review my trip” button you clicked. This is kept in your browser only for the current visit until you submit.

Three reasons: to email you a copy of your review if you ask us to; to improve the quality of the reviews over time; and, in future, to offer optional alerts (for example, if a major event appears on your travel dates). We will only send alerts if you explicitly opt in — you are not opted in today.

We use a third-party email provider (Resend) to deliver the review you request. We do not sell your email address or share it for marketing. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer. To have your stored submission and email permanently deleted, email us at the address below and we'll remove it.
